Search for how to use ChatGPT or NotebookLM and almost everything useful comes back in English first. Bangladesh has over 170 million people, many of them capable and motivated to learn these tools. Most of that audience gets treated as an afterthought. Content reaches them late, translated badly, or not at all.
I've been making content for over 5 years. Two years ago I started teaching and creating AI and automation content in Bengali first.
Two things made that the right starting point for me specifically. I'm a native Bengali speaker. Scripting, recording, and creating Bengali content comes naturally to me, and building in Bengali let me lean into that strength from day one instead of working around it.
Don't get me wrong. I am quite good at speaking English. For the record, I have an overall band 7 in IELTS, and specially 7 in speaking.

My official IELTS certificate :3
The other piece is my background in marketing. When I make a video, I'm not translating a tutorial line by line. I'm packaging a technical concept for a specific audience's actual context, the same way I'd package any product. My viewers aren't studying AI as an abstract subject. They want to freelance more efficiently, earn extra income, or get through a semester of reading faster.
That's the premise behind the channel from the very first day: learn, earn, and live your life. The content spans AI tools, automation, freelancing, and productivity together, because for most of my audience those aren't separate topics.
Two videos show this working.
"NotebookLM এর ৯০% শিখুন মাত্র ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে!" (English: Learn 90% of NotebookLM under 30 mins) passed 175K views in a year and led directly to two client gigs.
"ChatGPT দিয়ে ১ ঘন্টার পড়া ১০ মিনিটে! (Study Mode Explained)" (English: Using ChatGPT for study) hit 145K views in the same year, mostly students who wanted the use case, not the technical breakdown.
18K people follow the channel today and counting.
So yes, I am creating Bengali content to serve my community to create impact, help people understand, and use AI in their daily life and work in the most useful and simplest way possible. So, if you are new here, feel free to visit my channel and subscribe :D

I'm Ahad Khaled. Co-founder of RetainDTC, a Klaviyo email marketing agency based in the US, after five years in content marketing.
These days I also teach AI to non-technical people, so they can use it as an actual advantage instead of a buzzword.
I'm also building LearnUp, an EdTech platform helping students speak English with confidence, and I run a YouTube channel with 18,000+ subscribers.
